Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with different offices in support of relocation of machines and production lines plus some PPAP activities
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve manufacturing issues
- Design and implement quality control measures to ensure product compliance with industry standards
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the aerospace industry
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and testing
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other relevant engineering tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex manufacturing challenges
